On Calamari

I started yet another new project!

Well, not really. I mean, I came up with the opening and the first scene to a script, but I know I will most definitely have to outline, and meticulously, before going any farther. I also need to type up my outline for my play Fuhrer Angelicus. Yesterday I wrote a scene, and if I think it's competent I'll submit it to the literary magazine, which will be all sorts of exciting, won't it?

Calamari is yummy. Mmm.

Finger licking is not very sanitary.

I don't care.

Today in the space of an hour I read a fabulous book called How to Steal a Dog. It belonged to my little sister, who is nine, but I picked it up and got hooked and read it when I should have been studying. Now I should still be studying. But my "father" has facebooked me begging to get on AIM, and he is making unhappy smilies when I refuse.

Dangit, peer pressure! AIM, you'd better not freeze my comp...

I took a midterm today and found it horrendous. In that it wasn't fun and I couldn't go to lunch, which meant I couldn't get hugs, which means I am a touch sad. Virtual hugs, anyone?

Magazines are wonderful. They help you get your work out there in bits and pieces, and they help you make a name for yourself; I shall submit mucho once I find the time and a good beta-reader.

What I really, really need is a good beta-reader.

They are so hard to find on the interwebs.

Sniff.

So what, I'm still a rock star, I've got my rock moves, and I don't need you... ~Pink.

NaNoWriMo. Soon!
